So the overclocking driver allows your controller adapter to be polled and read by the emulator at 1000hz, which is more than enough to eliminate the polling drift issue.

Faster Melee Dolphin, which is the emulator Slippi runs on, polls at dolphin's max 120hz, which should eliminate this problem, but it doesn't completely (even with a 144hz monitor it can sometimes slip out of sync after awhile). But the controllers poll at about 59.9hz vanilla, meaning every 10s or so they get out of sync, so you might input on frame 1 but it doesn't register till frame 2. Melee is run at 60fps of course, both on console or emulator. The overclocking subject is kinda hard to explain but I'll try a tldr. (not sure if this is the real official one, most threads discussing it just say official, and this is straight from nintendo so I assume this is the one they're talking about, although most threads I read are kind of old so possibly discussing a discontinued wii-u official one not sure.)Д«tw get the 4 port Mayflash, I've heard people have compatibility issues with the 2 port. So I'm looking into getting a new one for use with slippi

I've checked threads all over for this specific adapter and no one seems to be able to get it working with dolphin I currently have an adapter, the nyko one, but for whatever reason it does not work with dolphin.
